Sour Cream Banana Bread

Two ripe bananas and a craving for something sweet…what to do? Time to make banana bread….STAT!!!

The Oldest (and our most proficient banana bread devourer) agreed to help out. Mix, pour, bake…within an hour, we were in banana bread nirvana.


The sour cream was an unexpected yet welcome addition to this great recipe. The bread came out of the oven with a sinfully, crispy, tasty, thin shell…while the inside was soft and delicious. Give it a try a let me know what you think…
